The clinical manifestations of thyroid adenoma can be exactly the same as those of Graves' hyperthyroidism, presenting with typical hypermetabolic symptoms such as heat intolerance, excessive sweating, irritability, increased frequency of bowel movements, and difficulty sleeping.
At the same time, it may be accompanied by signs such as weight loss, pretibial myxedema, and exophthalmos.

The heart rate is often above 100 beats per minute, and it is prone to complications such as arrhythmia, atrial premature beats, and supraventricular tachycardia.
Obvious enlargement of the thyroid gland can be found, and thyroid radionuclide scanning may indicate a hot nodule.
