If a patient experiences dizziness, headache, and nausea, the following conditions should be considered: 1. Assess for the possibility of basilar-type migraine. 2. If accompanied by fever, intracranial infection should be considered. 3. Evaluate the patient for cerebrovascular diseases, particularly posterior circulation ischemia, posterior circulation infarction, or cerebral hemorrhage. 4. Cervical spondylosis may also present with these symptoms, along with neck stiffness, soreness, and hand numbness. 5. Systemic conditions such as hypertension, hypotension, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, poisoning, anemia, heart failure, and arrhythmias could also manifest in this way.
